Had a good conversation last night. And here is what I learned.
To expect someone to change their habits overnight is retarded.
To have someone take steps to change and not acknowledge that is fucking retarded.
I like the word retarded.

I agree... Retarded is a fun word.
Just as an admendment to what your number 1. To expect someone to change anything overnight is retarded.
All change is a slow process, and takes time. Be patient with yourself/others. :-D
